Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• The artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and securely packed in the original or equivalent protective packaging.

• Custom, commissioned, or personalized sculptures cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned sculpture, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping

• Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to shipping damage or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• If your sculpture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
