Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and securely packed in the original or equivalent protective packaging.

Custom, commissioned, or personalized sculptures cannot be returned.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned sculpture, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping

Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to shipping damage or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
